Paradox Modding Toolkit.

Active Development

to Present

A workspace for the modding tasks I do myself: write scripts, look up game commands, edit interfaces and other content visually, check files, and publish updates to Steam Workshop. It supports Crusader Kings III, Victoria 3, and Europa Universalis V, with per-game tools and limitations documented.

From editing to publishing

A language server supplies completion, documentation, navigation, and structural checks. Visual editors work alongside the source. Integrated ck3-tiger and vic3-tiger add deeper validation for their games, while Workshop tools manage uploads and listing details through Steam. Preview and validation results still need checking in the game.

The Marketplace release is a public beta. Live Webview and SteamWand grew from related tooling needs.

My contribution and AI use

I started the toolkit for my own modding workflow. AI helped me learn language-server and VS Code extension concepts and played a large part in the implementation, including writing the automated tests. My work focused on testing and reviewing the tools to make sure they worked as I intended.
